Part of the mural reflects the food and how little has changed since today, but the way the menus are presented is already in electronic form. In this way, tradition and future are mixed, showing it with a chip in whose content we find the well-known plate of duelos and quebrantos.
On the other hand, Don Quixote of the future,, after a long day touring Toledo's lands, meets his companion, Sancho, who offers him a dessert in his helmet.

Proposal represented by metal structure zeppelins from which hang a series of open books that tie phrases of important personalities from the world of culture, philosophy, etc.
The zeppelin, despite being an ancient means of transport, with this futuristic aesthetic reminiscent of a spaceship could be present in 2029. As today we use elements of past times as current elements, calling them vintage or retro .
Zeppelins are used as vehicles for the dissemination of culture and diversity that are channeled through the books that hang from these transports. These books are open, showing everyone that culture is the binding force between peoples and that enriches humanity. It highlights very well the character and essence of the Lavapiés neighborhood which is characterized by its multiculturalism and welcoming people from all over the world.
The phrases that emerge from the volumes are from important figures in the panorama of culture and politics who have contributed with their thoughts to create a better world, such as Mahatma Ghandi, Eduardo Galeano or Mijaíl Bakunin.
