Part of the mural reflects the food and how little has changed since today, but the way the menus are presented is already in electronic form. In this way, tradition and future are mixed, showing it with a chip in whose content we find the well-known plate of duelos and quebrantos.
On the other hand, Don Quixote of the future,, after a long day touring Toledo's lands, meets his companion, Sancho, who offers him a dessert in his helmet.

VII EDITION PINTA MALASAÑA

In this new edition of Pinta Malasaña we wanted to, once again, pay homage to some of the most representative figures of our community. Two traditional figures from Madrid, "the chulapos". Our idea was to echo the most traditional part of our culture but updated to modern times.
Traditions can still be preserved, but sometimes it's okay to improve, adapt or change them. Our "chulapos" are two very alternative young people, like the center of Madrid, who make Madrid´s folklore their own.
